Neil WHITTLE – Drunk Driving

(PETROLIA, ON) On April 11, 2014 at around 1:50 a.m., Lambton County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were called to a motor vehicle collision on maple Street in the area of Sycamore Street. When officers arrived, they found a Honda car that had run over a construction fence. The driver was not injured but while officers spoke with the male, it was determined that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Subsequent tests indicated that 56 year old Neil WHITTLE from Petrolia was over the legal limit. He will appear in a Sarnia court on June 2, 2014 to answer to the charges of impaired diving and being over the legal limit.
