On Thursday July 3rd, 2014 Peterborough County OPP received a complaint of an ongoing neighbour dispute in the Township of Trent Lakes. Officers responded to the complaint and as a result of a subsequent investigation:
Charged is:
1) Kin-Wah Lo, 64 years of age of the Township of Trent Lakes
2) Mosy Lo, 63 years of age of the Township of Trent Lakes
Both parties were charged with Section 430(3) of the Criminal Code of Canada and are scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on August 14th, 2014.
