(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On April 12, 2015, at approximately 1:00 a.m., a silver Nissan SUV entered a Reduce Impaired Driving Everywhere (RIDE) checkpoint being conducted by the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) at Medway Road and Clarke Road.
It was determined the female driver of the motor vehicle had been drinking alcohol.
Police issued a breath sample demand for the approved roadside screening device, but a breath sample was not obtained.
As a result, Nathallie CHEA, age 31, from London, Ontario, has been charged with refuse breath sample, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused is scheduled to appear in a London court to answer to the charge on April 28, 2015.
