On September 29, 2014 at approximately 10:00am, a male teenager on a skateboard was struck by a motor vehicle at the intersection of Elgin St. N and Samuelson St in the City of Cambridge. Upon striking the teen the motorist fled the scene and was last observed heading east towards Franklin Blvd. The vehicle is described as a small, four door, grey Chrysler.
