(MUNICIPALITY OF WEST PERTH, ON) On Thursday July 28, 2011 shortly after 9 p.m. an OPP officer on patrol observed a fast moving Ford Mustang on Line 36 at Road 155 (north east of Mitchell).
The vehicle travelling west bound on Line 36 was locked in on the police radar at 125 km/h in a posted 70 km/h zone.
As a result of travelling 55 km above the speed limit, a 26 year old male from the Municipality of West Perth will have to appear in Stratford court on August 23, 2011 to answer to the charge of racing a motor vehicle”. The male’s driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and the Mustang was impounded (corralled) for a week. “
