Murray WHYTE – Drunk Driving

(Bancroft, Ontario) – On Tuesday July 29th 2014, an officer from the Bancroft detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped a vehicle on Cleak Avenue in the Town of Bancroft. Further investigation revealed that the male driver was under the influence of alcohol. The driver was arrested for failing an approved instrument and transported to the Bancroft OPP detachment for further breath tests.

57 year old Murray WHYTE of Bancroft, Ontario has been charged with:

Operate a motor vehicle with over 80 milligrams of alcohol in his blood

Operate a motor vehicle with no insurance

Mr. WHYTE was released from custody on a promise to appear and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Bancroft on the 26th of August 2014.
