On December 12, 2012 at 3:20am, Guelph Police stopped a motor vehicle on Gordon Street. Upon speaking to the male driver, police detected the odour of an alcoholic beverage on his breath. The approved screening device breath demand was made; the driver failed this test and was arrested.
Murray MCENIRY 23 years of Burlington was charged with drive over 80mg as well as several Highway Traffic Offences. He will appear in court on December 21, 2012.
