On July 15th, 2014 at approximately 3:00pm, Peterborough County OPP officers responded to a report of a single motorcycle accident on Elmdale Road in the Township of Cavan Monaghan. A subsequent investigation resulted in the following:
Charged is: Patrick Tobey, 46 years of Peterborough
Section 253(1)(a) Criminal Code – “Impaired Drivingâ€Â
Section 253(1)(b) Criminal Code Over 80mgs.”
Mr. Tobey is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on August 28th
