Officers of the Grenville Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to numerous Motor Vehicle Collisions over the Long weekend.

May 17, 2015, just after 2:00 pm a 52 year old male from Ottawa suffered injuries when he lost control of the dirt bike he was operating on a trail in Limerick Forest and it landed on his leg. He was transported to hospital by EMS..
ON May 17, 2015 just after 1:00 pm a 28 year old from South Dundas Twp. suffered moderate injuries when the ATV he was operating in Limerick Forest had the throttle stick causing him to lose control. He was transported to hospital by EMS.
On May 18, 2015 just before 3:00 pm a 29 year old female from Ottawa operating an off road motorcycle on Forsythe Rd.in Limerick Forest in Augusta Township lost control and crashed. She was airlifted to hospital with serious but non-life threating injuries.
On May 18, 2015 just after 4:30 pm police attended a residence on Lindsay Rd. in North Grenville where a 10 year old male was injured while operating a 3 wheeler. He was attended to by EMS.
