(KEARNEY, ON) On Thursday December 5, 2013 at 6:45 a.m. the Almaguin Highlands Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) investigated a motor vehicle collision on Main Street at Highway 518 in the Town of Kearney.
A 2008 Dodge minivan was stopped at a stop sign on Main Street when a 1997 Dodge pickup truck on Highway 518 west bound turned left onto Main Street and struck the Minivan. There were no injuries.
Police charged the driver of the pickup truck with turn-not in safety, contrary to the Highway Traffic Act of Ontario.
