Police received several calls this morning for a motor vehicle collision involving a school bus in a south end neighbourhood.
The bus making a left turn onto a residential street was struck on its left side by a vehicle that skidded through a stop sign on a snow covered road. 7 children on the bus were shaken up but no one was injured.
The driver of a small sport utility vehicle was charged with failing to stop for the posted stop sign under the Highway Traffic Act.
