(Russell, ON) On March 17, 2014 OPP Constables responded to an assault complaint that was reported by a school. It was reported that a mother had possibly assaulted her children. OPP investigated the complaint and concluded that criminal offences had been committed.
A 46 year female from Russell will have to appear in L’Orignal court on April 16, 2014 to answer to the following charges:

CC 264.1(1)(a) Uttering Threats – Cause death or Bodily Harm
