(CLEARVIEW TOWNSHIP, ON.) – On May 29th, 2015 at approximately 10:00 a.m., a member of the Huronia West Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police responded to a traffic complaint involving a motor vehicle on Hwy#26.
This vehicle was located on Hwy #26 near 27-28 Side Road Nottawasaga and Police quickly determined that the driver of this motor vehicle was operating it while under the influence of alcohol.
Charged with “Exceed 80mgs.” is Morgan LAWRENCE a 53 year old male from Collingwood, Ontario. First appearance is June 9th, 2015 in Collingwood court.
