More Stunt Drivers Charged

(Douro-Dummer Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 117km/h in the 60km/h zone on Peterborough County Road 4 near University Road yesterday just before 3:00pm.

Don TAYLOR (age 58) of Selwyn Township, ON was charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. His driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and his 2006 Lexus was impounded. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on February 08, 2016.

(Cavan-Monaghan Township, ON) – Members of the Peterborough County Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) clocked a vehicle at 162km/h in the 100km/h zone on Highway 115 near Peterborough County Road 10 yesterday just before 9:00pm.

Natalie DEGASPERIS (age 19) of Markham, ON was charged with stunt driving in relation to excessive speed. Her driver’s licence was suspended for seven days and the 2012 Range Rover she was driving was impounded. The accused is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Court on February 08, 2016.
