– Care and Control of a motor vehicle contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
KOHOKO is scheduled to appear in Killaloe Criminal Court on October 21, 2015.
(Algonquin Provincial Park, ON) On September 04, 2015 at approximately 11:30pm Sgt. Dwayne Sears was called to assist the Ministry of Natural Resources, Park Warden Lyle Harper. A vehicle stop was conducted on Highway 60 near Pog Lake campground. The driver, 22 year old Claudio DE ABREU of Toronto, was charge with
– Impaired Driving contrary to section 253(1)(a) of the Criminal Code of Canada
– Over 80mg contrary to section 253(1)(b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
DE ABREU is scheduled to appear in Killaloe Court on October 21, 2015.
