(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Friday, October 30, 2015 at approximately 2.38 a.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) stopped the driver of a 2002 Toyota Echo for a traffic violation on the East Back Line in the Municipality of Grey Highlands. The lone driver of the vehicle had been drinking alcohol.
22-year old Mitchell Alexander GARBUTT of the Municipality of Grey Highlands was charged with having a blood alcohol content of over 80 milligrams.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on November 12, 2015.
