(CITY OF KAWARTHA LAKES, ON) – Emergency services personnel; including officers from the City of Kawartha Lakes (CKL) detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded April 3 at approximately 7:30 pm to the report of missing canoeists on Pigeon Lake.
Today at 10:45am, 28 year old, Angel VILLENEUVE-STEADMAN of Halton Hills, was recovered from Pigeon Lake by the City of Kawartha Lakes OPP Marine Unit.
