(QUINTE WEST, ON) – Quinte West OPP is currently looking for two boaters that were reported missing at approximately 10:00pm on the 20th of November 2013.
The two missing male parties are identified as Charles DOPKING of Murray Ward in Quinte West and a second male party known only as “Gus†or “Gooseâ€Â. The 2 parties set out together to go fishing and have not been seen since yesterday around 6:30pm. The males were fishing in a 14 foot aluminum boat.
The boaters were last seen fishing in the Bay of Quinte south of the Dufferin Street boat launch in Trenton.
The search is also currently being assisted by Canadian Forces Base Trenton’s 424 Search and Rescue Squadron.
