On November 16th, Barrie Police received several calls for vehicles broken into on Knicely Rd.
In two of the occurrences, complainants reported the suspect(s) sprayed the interior of the vehicle with a fire extinguisher.
Police are investigating the matter and witnesses are asked to contact PC P Morrow of the Barrie Police Service or Crimestoppers.
Police also remind residents to ensure their vehicles are locked to eliminate the risk of thefts.
