On Novemeber 16th at approximately 530 am, several residents called Barrie Police for an argument between a male and female on Blake St.
Police located the a female victim and were told the male had pushed her to the ground and bit her on the head.
The male suspect was located nearby and arrested for domestic assault.
The male was also on a recognizance that forbid him from communicating or being near the victim.
He was transported to the Barrie Police Service for a bail hearing on charges of assault, utter threats and breach of his recognizance.
The victim sought her own medical attention for minor injuries.
