(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 40 year old man with Mischief after investigating a complaint at a King St. Hagersville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Sunday March 9th, 2014 at approximately 12:00 pm Police were called to conduct a stand-by to keep the peace while the property owner inspected a rental property. While inspecting the apartment an extensive amount of damage was observed to the interior walls with drywall and insulation missing. Value of the damage appears to be in excess of $5000 dollars.
As a result of a subsequent Police investigation 40 year old James FERRIS of Haldimand County, ON has been charged with Mischief over $5000 dollars. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charge.
