(NORFOLK COUNTY, ON) – The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Norfolk County Detachment is investigating an act of mischief and theft at a Water Street, Charlotteville, Norfolk County, Ontario address.
Between Friday, January 16, 2015 and Monday, January 19, 2015, unknown suspects attended the address and proceeded to remove decorative ornaments from the property. Unknowns then damaged a bench by removing the wooden seating area and then using the wood to start a small fire.
Police are continuing to investigate and is seeking the assistance from the public. If anyone has any information they are being asked to contact the Norfolk County OPP at 1-888-310-1122
The OPP want to remind all residents that if they see anything suspicious to please contact the police. If anyone is found committing acts of mischief and thefts, appropriate charges will be laid.
