(North Dundas) – On January 5th, 2014 at approximately 3:00am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of gunshots heard on Spruit Road, North Dundas Township. Further investigation identified a male who had discharged a firearm at several road signs in this area causing damage to same. Fortunately, only property was affected.
Benjamin HORTON (18) of North Dundas was arrested and is charged with;
– Mischief (3 counts)
– Unauthorized Possession of a Firearm
He was released to appear in Morrisburg court on February 4th, 2014.
