(Rockland, ON) On April 3, 2014 OPP Constable Bruce Quevillon responded to a mischief complaint at the YMCA in Rockland. At that location a young male stole a bottle of cleaning material from the janitor’s cart. The young person proceeded to splash windows of the YMCA with the material. Other mischief was committed in locker rooms. The young man was identified and arrested.
A 14 year old male was legally warned by the officer as per the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
