(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP), Haldimand County detachment has charged a 42 year old male with drinking and driving related offences at an Argyle St. Caledonia, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Tuesday February 25th, 2014 at approximately 10:52 am Police responded to a traffic complaint of a black 2004 Ford pickup almost causing a collision on Argyle St. A responding officer located the suspect vehicle travelling southbound on Argyle St and subsequently stopped the vehicle on Argyle St just south of Braemar St.
While the officer was speaking with the lone male driver signs of impairment was detected which resulted in his arrest.
Charged with Impaired Driving, Driving Over the Legal Limit of Alcohol, Driving while Disqualified, and Driving while Under Suspension is 42 year old Miles GENERAL of Six Nations of the Grand River Territory. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charges.
