(COUNTY OF BRANT, ON) – County of Brant Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers were alerted about a possible impaired driver on Park Road in the County of Brant, on December 7, 2014.
At approximately 3:20 p.m. officers located the Chevrolet pickup truck and a male driver. While the officer was talking to the driver, he observed all the usual signs of impairment by alcohol. The male driver was transported to the County of Brant detachment for Intoxilyzer Tests.

Drive Over 80 mgs of Blood Alcohol Content
Impaired Driving
The accused is scheduled to attend Provincial Court in Brantford on January 2, 2015 to answer to the charge.
