(SUDBURY, ON)- On October 11, 2016, at approximately 8:17 p.m., members from the Sudbury Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) initiated a traffic stop on Highway 69, in the City of Greater Sudbury.
As a result of the investigation, it was found that the female driver was under suspension.
Michele FAIELLA, 34 years of age, from Wahnapitae, was charged with the following:
Driving while under suspension, contrary to section 53(1) of the Highway Traffic Act – 2 counts
The accused will appear before the Ontario Court of Justice in Sudbury, on November 21, 2016.
