(ENGLEHART, ON) On March 26, 2015 at approximately 12:35 p.m., members of the Englehart Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a traffic complaint on Highway 560, in Dack Township.
Police located the suspect vehicle and checked the status of the driver. Through investigation a 55 year-old man is facing charges.
Michael JONES of Charlton is charged with Over 80 contrary to the Criminal Code and Drive with no licence contrary to the Highway Traffic Act.
The vehicle was towed from the scene and the accused will appear in the Ontario Court of Justice on April 28, 2015.
