(TORONTO, ON) – On Monday, September 14, 2015 at approximately 9:30 AM, members of the Repeat Offender Parole Enforcement (ROPE) Squad and Kingston Police located a federal offender wanted on a Canada Wide Warrant as result of his breach of a Long Term Supervision Order.
Michael HAWES, 33 years of age, was apprehended on Brothlin Crescent, Kingston. As a result, Hawes is charged with the following Criminal Code offences:
· Resisting Arrest,
· Unlawfully at large and
· Breach of Long Term Supervision Order
