Michael BRYAN – Drunk Driving 4X Limit

(SOUTHWEST OXFORD TOWNSHIP, ON) – On September 5, 2015 at approximately 00:19 a.m., the Oxford County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) were alerted to a possible impaired driver travelling on Highway 401.

Officers located the vehicle, a grey Hyundai car, and conducted a traffic stop on Highway 401 eastbound, near Harris Road. Police determined that the male driver had been consuming alcohol. He was arrested and transported to an Oxford County OPP detachment for breath testing, which revealed he had consumed more than four times the legal limit of alcohol.

As a result of the police investigation, 42-year-old Michael BRYAN, from Milton, Ontario, has been charged with driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle (alcohol), care or control over 80 mgs, and driving while disqualified – court order, contrary to the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was released from police custody by way of a Promise to Appear, and is scheduled to appear in the Oxford courts on October 20, 2015, to answer to the charges.
