(GODERICH TWP, ON) – On March 14, 2018, members of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Community Street Crimes Unit (CSCU), West Region OPP Tactical Rescue Unit (TRU) West Region OPP Emergency Response Team (ERT), West Region OPP Canine unit and Huron OPP officers executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act search warrant at a property along Cut Line Road in Goderich Township.
As a result of the execution of the search warrant, police seized methamphetamine, hydromorphone, oxycodone pills, cannabis marihuana, cannabis resin, and ecstasy MDMA pills. The estimated, combined value of the seized controlled substances is $40,460.00.
Police also seized offence related property that consisted of trafficking paraphernalia, cash, ammunition, digital scales, a cell phone and a tablet.
Fifty-three-year old David STOLL of Central Huron was charged with possession of cannabis marihuana for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cannabis resin for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cannabis marihuana, production of cannabis resin, possession of methamphetamine, possession of ecstasy MDMA and possession of oxycodone. He was held in custody pending the result of a bail hearing.
Forty-eight-year old Ronald DAVIS of Central Huron was charged with possession of cannabis marihuana for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cannabis resin for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cannabis marihuana, production of cannabis resin, possession of methamphetamine, possession of ecstasy MDMA, possession of oxycodone, possession of hydromorphone, possession of a prohibited weapon, fail to comply with a recognizance and 2 counts of possess a prohibited weapon contrary to a prohibition order. He was held in custody pending the result of a bail hearing.
Thirty-one-year old Melissa SHANAHAN of Central Huron was charged with possession of cannabis marihuana for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cannabis resin for the purpose of trafficking, possession of cannabis marihuana, production of cannabis resin, possession of methamphetamine, possession of ecstasy MDMA, possession of oxycodone, possession of hydromorphone and possession of a prohibited weapon. She was held in custody pending the result of a bail hearing.
The investigation is continuing.
