(KINGSVILLE, ON) -The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) in Kingsville arrested and charged a female after a traffic complaint was received.
On October 18, 2014 at 1:00 a.m., officers received a report of an erratic driver on Essex County Road 34 south of Road 3 in Kingsville.
The suspect vehicle was located and the sole occupant and driver of the vehicle exhibited signs of impairment.
Merja TALLBERG, age 60, of Windsor was arrested and charged with Impaired Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Exceed 80 Milligrams of Blood Alcohol Content. She will appear in a Leamington court on November 6, 2014.
