(MIDDLESEX CENTRE, ON) – On November 10, 2015, at approximately 8:44 p.m. the Middlesex County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a report of an erratic driver travelling northbound on Highbury Avenue.
The motor vehicle, black Honda car, stopped near Fourteen Mile Road. Officers determined the female driver had been drinking alcohol. She was placed under arrest and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath testing.
As a result of the police investigation, 40-year-old Melissa DUNCAN, from London, Ontario, has been charged with driving while ability impaired – motor vehicle (alcohol), and driving with more than 8-0 mgs of alcohol in blood.
The accused was released by way of a Promise to Appear, and is scheduled to appear in a London court on December 10, 2015, to answer to the charges.
