Police received a morning call for unknown trouble on Dunlop Street East. Callers reported that a male was on the ground bleeding from the head.
When officers and medical staff arrived they were informed that a 58 year old Barrie male still suffering from the effects of his Saturday night of drinking, fell to the sidewalk and cut his head.
Numerous concerned citizens stopped to help this male by providing first aid and keeping him warm until he could be treated professional for his injuries. Police would like to thank those citizens for their efforts and concern.
