Matthew CRANN – Drunk Driving

(THAMES CENTRE, ON) – On November 17, 2017, at approximately 5:30 a.m., a member of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) came across a vehicle that had entered the ditch on Putnam Road, Thames Centre.

Officers determined that the 33-year-old male driver of the vehicle had consumed alcohol. He was placed under arrest and transported to a Middlesex County OPP detachment for breath tests.

As a result of the police investigation, Matthew CRANN, of London, has been charged with Driving with More than 80 mgs. of Alcohol in Blood pursuant to the Criminal Code of Canada (CCC).

The accused’s vehicle has been seized for 7 days and his driver’s licence suspended for 90 days.

The accused was released on a Promise to Appear (PTA) and is scheduled to answer the charges in a London court on December 15, 2017.
