(Manvers Township, ON) – On Saturday, November 9, at approximately 3:50 am officers from the Peterborough County OPP stopped a motor vehicle that was being operated erratically on Highway 115, near Porter Road.
OPP officers were conducting radar patrol on Highway 115 and stopped a Toyota being operated at a high rate of speed. Upon investigation the driver, 28 year old Mathew DVORAK of Peterborough was arrested and charged with Having Over 80 mgs of Alcohol in his Blood.
DVORAK was released from custody and is scheduled to appear in Peterborough Provincial Courts on December 12, 2013.
