Mary SINCLAIR – Drunk Driving

(Prince Edward County, ON)—On September 05, 2013 at 8:07pm officers from the Ontario Provincial Police—Prince Edward County detachment responded to a report of an erratic driver in the Town of Picton. Police stopped the suspect vehicle on Lake St., Picton. The female driver had been consuming alcohol.

A Prince Edward County resident, 62-year old Mary SINCLAIR was charged with:

Operation While Impaired contrary to Section 253(1) (a) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

Operation With Over 80 mgs. of Alcohol contrary to Section 253(1) (b) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

The accused was later released from police custody on a promise to appear with a court date of October 02, 2013 in Picton, ON.
