(TOWNSHIP OF ADJALA-TOSORONTIO) – On Monday, the 16th of October, 2015, at approximately 12:30 pm, the Nottawasaga Detachment, Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) received a report of a vehicle parked on the north shoulder of County Road 5, facing west, just west of County Road 15.
Upon arrival at the scene, the officer located a red Toyota CTX, and spoke with the driver. Further investigation revealed that the driver had consumed a quantity of alcohol and therefore was arrested and transported to the Nottawasaga Detachment where breath samples were obtained. Readings were more than three times the legal limit.
Charged with Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle While Impaired by Alcohol is Martin Krs, age 51, from Barrie, Ontario. This subject will appear in Court at a later date.
