(HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON.) – Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) Haldimand County detachment has charged a 21 year old male with a Drinking and Driving offence after stopping a grey 2001 Oldsmobile car at a Chestnut St., Dunnville, Haldimand County, ON address.
On Saturday January 31st, 2015 at approximately 1:57 pm Police stopped the Oldsmobile car for a Highway Traffic Act violation and while speaking with the male driver signs of impairment by alcohol were detected. A roadside screening device was administered to the driver with a Fail being registered.
He was subsequently arrested and further breath tests were conducted.
Charged with Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle with over the legal limit of Alcohol is 21 year old Martin GORDYN of Keswick, ON. He is to appear in Provincial Court, Cayuga, ON at a later date to answer to the charge.
