(KENORA, ON) On Monday, September 9th 2013 shortly after midnight, members of the Kenora Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle on First Street South in the City of Kenora. Police spoke with the driver and determined the driver had been consuming alcohol. The driver was arrested at the scene for Impaired Driving and transported to the Kenora OPP for breath tests.
As a result of this investigation, 42-year old Mark HIGNELL of Kenora has been charged with Impaired Driving. He is to attend Kenora court on October 3rd to answer to the charge.
