(Tiny Township, ON.) – On April 3, 2015 at 1:00am members of the Southern Georgian Bay Detachment of the Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) responded to a 911 call about a motor vehicle in the ditch on Marshall Road in Tiny Township.
Officers arrived at the scene and observed a red GMC Sierra pick-up in the ditch.
The male driver was located at the scene and found to be under the influence of alcohol.
As a result of the investigation, 33 year- old Mark HANMORE of Tay Township, is facing charges of impaired driving and driving with more than 80mgs of alcohol in 100ml of blood.
The accused will appear in court, in Midland, on April 16, 2015.
