Mario GOSSELIN – Drunk Driving

(BLUEWATER, ON) Huron County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) has charged a 49 year old male from Toronto with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. Just after 5:10 a.m. on September 22, 2013 officers responded to complaint of a possible impaired driver that had left a residence in Bayfield. Officers were able to locate the suspect vehicle, a white Honda Fit travelling eastbound on Mill Road.

Officers spoke with the driver and were able to determine the driver had been drinking alcohol. A roadside screening test was completed which the driver failed. He was arrested and transported to the Huron OPP detachment for breath tests. He provided two samples of his breath; both were above the legal limit.

Mario GOSSELIN, 49, from Toronto has been charged with Drive Motor Vehicle – Over 80 Milligrams of Alcohol. He has a court date scheduled for the Ontario Court of Justice – Goderich on October 28, 2013. He received an automatic 90 day driver’s licence suspension and his motor vehicle has been impounded for seven days.
