The London Police Service is investigating a suspicious fire that occurred at approximately 3:30 a.m. on Monday, September 16, 2013 at 361 Manitoba Street.
A 911 call was received regarding smoke and fire at that location. Upon police arrival, the residence was engulfed in flames. The London Fire Department attended to extinguish the fire. A body was discovered inside the residence. The coroner and the Fire Marshall have been notified. The deceased as not yet been positively identified. Damage to the residence is estimated at $100,000. The investigation is on-going.
