(WEST PARRY SOUND, ON) – On December 16, 2016 at 12:28 p.m., members of the West Parry Sound Ontario Provincial Police were called to a report of a damaged vehicle in McDougall Township.
Police investigation has thus far revealed that a male party flagged down a municipal snow plow. As the snow plow came to a stop, the male then proceeded to strike the mirror of the snow plow, thereby causing damage.
As a result of the investigation;
David BURNSIDE, 49 years of age from McDougall Township was charged with Mischief Under $5000 contrary to section 430(4) of the Criminal Code of Canada.
The accused will appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Parry Sound on January 19, 2017 to answer to his charges.
