(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Wednesday, September 16, 2015 Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) arrested a 63-year old Grey Highlands man for criminal harassment after an ongoing investigation.
Randy Eric TOBEIN, of Eugenia, faces a total of four (4) criminal harassment charges against young females as a result of incidents dating back to 2010. All four victims were between 14 and 18 years of age and resided in the Municipality of Grey Highlands at the time of the offence.
He is scheduled to appear in court in Owen Sound on Thursday, September 24, 2015.
Criminal harassment is a serious offence. Grey County OPP encourage members of the public to contact police if they believe they have been a victim of criminal harassment so that the matter may be investigated.
