(Leeds County) – On August 20th, 2014 as a result of an ongoing investigation into a report of a sexual assault, Leeds County OPP arrested a 53 year old Athens Township man. The incident occurred in May 2014 involving a female youth.
The accused is charged with;
– Sexual Interference with a Person Under 16 years
He was released and is scheduled to appear in the Ontario Court of Justice in Brockville on October 3rd, 2014.
