(MUNICIPALITY OF GREY HIGHLANDS, ON) – On Wednesday, August 12, 2015 at approximately 6:27 p.m., Grey County Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) attended a residence on Grey Rd. 4 in the Municipality of Grey Highlands in regards to a report of a sexual assault involving a young female victim. While investigating the incident, it was found that another female had been physically assaulted by her boyfriend.
A 33 year old Grey Highlands man was arrested at the scene and was held for bail. His next bail hearing is scheduled for today, August 14, 2015. The accused has been charged with the following offences:
– Spousal assault (x2)
– Sexual Assault
– Obtain the Sexual Services of a Person Under 18 Years of Age
– Possession of Marihuana – Under 30 grams
