The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for breaching his release conditions.
On July 5, 2013, the man was released from custody with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was to abstain from the consumption of alcohol.
Just before 11:00 p.m. last night, police responded to a disturbance on Superior Street in Tilbury. At this time, the officers found the man in an intoxicated state.
The 34-year-old Tilbury man has been charged with failing to comply. He has been held in custody pending a bail hearing.
