The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man for breaching his release conditions.
On July 1, 2013 the man was released from custody with several conditions. One of those conditions stated that he was to reside at a specific address on Raleigh Street in Chatham.
Yesterday morning, the man attended police headquarters and turned himself in as he had not been residing on Raleigh Street for the past two weeks. The 33-year-old Chatham man has been charged with failing to comply. He was transported over to the court house pending a bail hearing.
