The Chatham-Kent police have arrested a man in connection with a domestic investigation.
Just before 4:00 p.m. yesterday afternoon, police attended a residence in Chatham in regards to a domestic complaint. At this time, a woman reported that she had been the victim of domestic violence on several occasions during her marriage.
Around 11:30 p.m. last night, police located the woman’s husband and he was arrested. The 55-year-old Wallaceburg man has been charged with forcible confinement, uttering threats x3, harassing telephone calls and assault. He was released pending a future court date.
